Carcinoid Tumors: Carcinoid tumors that can be found in small intestine or in the chest, could cause similar symptoms. Sometimes they may cause hypotension too that cause "dizziness". See an endocrinologist for a complete history ; physical exam as well as hormonal work up. "endometriosis"; "irritable bowel syndrome (ibs)"; "psychsomatic disorders" ; "panic attacks" need to be ruled out also.
