Common is common: Common disorders are common. Flu-like symptoms are common and can occur when some inflammatory substance, virus, or bacteria spreads through the body, causing fever, aches, fatigue, nausea, and sometimes vomiting. A usual cause is influenza. It would be very unusual for such symptoms to be purely from sexually transmitted diseases but if worried, one can see his primary care doctor for screening.

Probably not HIV: There have been no proved cases of HIV transmitted mouth to penis. Whether your symptoms are consistent with acute retroviral syndrome (ARS, i.e. initial HIV infection) depends on what you mean by "flu like". ARS typically cases sore throat, fever, swollen lymph nodes, and often a body wide rash. It does not cause nasal congestion or cough. Since you're concerned and possibly at risk, get tested!
