You can use nasal inhaler Nasonex or Nasacort (OTC) on the same side for a week and try to open the E tube with the maneuver (breathing out forcefully when pinching your nose with closed mouth) frequently while awake. If the symptom does not improve or resolve by then you should see an ENT doctor.
