So how do i treat a eustachian tube that is partly collapsed and causes head pressure and popping sounds in my ear every day? what type of doctor would help me with the eustachian tube dysfunction?

You can use nasal inhaler Nasonex or Nasacort (OTC) on the same side for a week and try to open the E tube with the maneuver (breathing out forcefully when pinching your nose with closed mouth) frequently while awake. If the symptom does not improve or resolve by then you should see an ENT doctor.
