I got a ct scan & a note in the results said note is made of a 4 vessel arch with direct origin of the left vertebral artery from the aortic arch. and the coronary arteries are noted. what does this mean?

CAT scan images (CTA) do not find pathology and would be considered normal variant. Since your regular doctor, who ordered films knows you best, she (he) would be the best source for further questions regarding these outcomes.
