Can left side temple/neck pain and left leg( like in leg joint/just below hip pain be related ? or is it most likely 2 seperate issue . temple pain in more of a stabbing pain that comes and goes . leg pain is more like a ache like feeling?

Separate issues. The way the body is wired (nerve distribution) the head and lower body are wired such that there is a cross over. If it were all related it would show symptoms on different sides.
