A member asked:

I had breast cancer in 2015. it had not spread beyond the breast as shown by the sentinel node biopsy. i had a routine low dose ct scan, to check for lung cancer. lungs are clear. some mildly prominent mediastinal and axillary nodes. should i worry?

Although a "negative sentinel node" biopsy does not always mean breast cancer is not outside the breast, the "mildly prominant" mediastinal/axillary nodes may be incidental and reflect processes secondary to lung disorders over time (reactive nodes). See your oncology physician for more detail and follow up guidance.
