Yesterday, i felt a void and huge bang in my chest. my pulse was very irregular. emts said afib and svt, it corrected itself on the way to the er. troponin was 12,14 & 12 before being discharged. im afraid to move! will it happen again?!??

I am surprised that ER released you with those findings. You can resume light activities, avoid stress and heavy work load in the mean time until you see a cardiologist. I assume daily aspirin was prescribed . You do not tell us your past medical history but I won't be surprised if they also prescribed a beta blocker if you had not been taking it. See a cardiologist as soon as possible.
