I have had pains in my lower abdomen for months. the pain is as deep as a knife and goes away quickly. the pain is when i bend over and when i lie in bed. i went to a urologist where i did all the tests without result. what can it be?

From your description ,having it for months indicates it is nothing acute. Best is to get examined by your MD and see what she/he thinks. Without an exam no diagnosis can be made. Good luck.
