It may not be the sleeping position or pillow that is helping you because you are probably tense. Massager may be preferred, but that does not stop you from adjusting your pillows. The flat and one pillow may be better than two and the important thing is to allow the muscles and spine to align so there is no strain nor tensing when you sleep.
