I have enlarged lymph glands in the groin. does this warrant further testing? what could cause this? im a breast cancer survivor of ten years.

If nedded, bx: The presence of a persistent lesion in the groin should be evaluated. If 1 cm or > and no primary cause, then biopsy should be performed.
