Symptoms of bladder infection do not come and go. UTI is almost always manifested with dysuria (frequency and burning or painful voiding), along with suprapubic discomfort and change in urine appearance. Negative nitric test does not rule out and vice versa positive leukocytes do not confirm UTI. UTI is less likely but cause of episodic frequency is undefined, full check is required if sx persists

It could certainly be cystitis. Drink more water and if it persists see your doctor. Good Luck
