That is not"naturally very low". What is? When you feel faint/or faint from BP being low often when you stand. That BP is low for you.

Epidural anesthesia can lower blood pressure. The anesthesiologist will use his/ her judgement about administering it to you depending upon your BP at the time of delivery. Also medication, if needed,can be administered to keep your BP at a desirable level. You'll be in good hands.
