I can't have epinephrine, is there an alternative to epidural during childbirth?

Epidural Anesthesia: Does not have any Epinephrine. So you should not be worried about getting it during Labor. There are other types of labor anesthesia, Pudendal block, Spinal block or pain medication via IV. All of which do not involve epinephrine.

Epidural: Epinephrine is not a medicine used in epidural analgesia. Your best option is to discuss the most appropriate method of analgesia at the time of our delivery with the anesthesiologist. Good luck.
