During childbirth my leg was hyperextended due to the fact my legs were numb from the epidural its been 5 years and i still have pain what can i do?

Excercises : The only recommendation i can give you is to excercise your legs. Excercise , increasing muscle tone will help with some forms of pain.

Most nerve injuries : Will heal over the course of a few months. It is possible that there is something else going on. Visit a neurologist for an evaluation.
