It's week 12 post open surgery for my left inguinal hernia. I was just wondering if I should be still be worried about blowing it out if I sneeze, cough, or blow my nose. Should I still be applying pressure on the wound when I do sneeze?

Had a surgery back in january. They went through my abdom. No problems at all. Sneezed today and now have pain and rebound pain in that area.
