I had retinal detachment surgery 6 months ago and today i accidentally held in a sneeze.. how would i know if its harmed my eyes??

Vision changes: would be a first symptom, although not always the case, and also accidental sneeze holding wouldn't cause retinal detachment, not enough force to cause such complication. However, I don't blame you if you are concerned, see your ophthalmologist for exam and reassurance, best wishes
