I am not certain how they can measure the pressure in the portal system with an ultrasound. What they most likely mean the see no evidence of portal hypertension which would include an enlarged portal vein. So most likely this is normal but only an ultrasonographer in your part of India can tell you if what they call "no portal hypertension seen" is normal in in men like you. Discuss with DR.

"No portal hypertension seen" with liver is normal in size and shape means your liver is normal by ultrasound.
