I am having 100 fever from past 4 days. dolo 650 mg is taken . today it was 101 . no cough or throat pain. just pain in calf muscle because of period dates and alsoweakness in body. fever is not going away. what should i do ?

Your sx, fever, myalgia (muscle pain) and malaise (weakness) are typical for an infection (viral or bacterial) but the cause is undefined because you do not have other associated sx such as symptoms from upper respiratory, gastrointestinal or urinary tract. I would suggest only observation at this time and use dolo as needed for T above 101 or body pain. Is covid-19 still prevalent where you live?
