Possibly: Yes there are reports that have shown that a fever can delay ovulation and then subsequently delay menstrual bleeds that occur after a delayed ovulation. So you might not be that regular this month. But this does not occur in everyone the same way. Your fever might not have any effect on your menstrual period.
