I have a slight fever and a cough that started randomly on thursday night. should i go to the doctor. i haven't had a sore throat but i have a headache, i feel dizzy slightly and have a cough. i also have muscles that are very sore?

Sore throat: If you can still eat and drink, sleep, have a temperature under 102, and are able to function with your ordinary life then you can wait it out. If not, at least a brief consult over the phone or in person makes sense.
