Scarring: There could be some scarring in the posterior cul-de-sac, the area between your vagina/uterus and the rectum/colon. That is, that when you have a bowel movement, it could be pulling on scar tissue. It's common to have pain in the area following giving birth, so hopefully this pain will dissipate with time. In the meantime, might consider using MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) or generic equivalent to help ease movements
