Traditionally the upper limit of normal adult splenic length is cited at around 12-13 cm with higher values expected to be normal in taller males. It is difficult otherwise to call such findings normal/abnormal out of clinical context/ circumstances in which the test was ordered. That’s why the ordering doc remains your best reference in placing findings in clinical context.

Spleen size is related to your size, Age, gender, maybe ethnicity, disease processes and which imaging method was used. I would ask a Dr who practices there and is a spleen size expert to made a classification for you. Discuss with them.
