Is there dry mouth? The tightening may just reflect muscle tension because you are anxious or because of mild inflammation. You may want to drink water intermittently to reduce bacteria in the mouth by washing away. The lymph node is so small that you may just want to watch and wait rather than being anxious. You are going to follow with your local medical practitioner anyway in a few weeks.

You should have a follow-up ultrasound in 3 months. If the lymph node does not change or get smaller, you should be fine. If its size increases, biopsy should be done.
