I had t3-pelvis fusion nov 1st. my fusion isnt healing properly and i need a revision that wont happen for a month and a half/ two months. i have a tattoo scheduled tonight in my forearm but havent heard back from my doctor. is it safe to get?

As long as no infection secondary to the tattoo, there is no real prohibitive issue. Do not know if you smoke, but if so, your fusion will not heal properly. If this is the case, need to completely stop forever.

I agree with Dr.M but would be inclined to postpone getting a nonessential tatoo until well after spinal surgery.
