Garbled: Hard to understand this question. Yes, you can have extremity pain on Coumadin (warfarin) because you will microbleed (bruise) easily including in the joints. There is a complex interaction between over all thyroid function and clotting mechanisms, but its not well understood. Make sure you communicate to the doc prescribing the Coumadin (warfarin) about your thyroid concerns. Get pt/ptt/INR , follow closely.
