My thyroid raiu was 6hr @24.1%, 24 hr@57.5%. it says no focal areas of abnormal activity are identified and distribution of radionuclide is uniform and symmetric.there is no focal lesion to indicate hyperfunction solitary nodule, but i have nodules?

The result indicates you have hyperthyroidism with likely early Hashimoto's thyroiditis, not nodular thyrotoxicosis (the nodule is hot, i.e. increased uptake). No cold nodule (nodule without iodine uptake) is a good sign, thyroid cancer is ruled out.

Not all nodules function. And apparently none of yours have no areas of abnormal activity. Discuss with your Drs as you did not tell us what your symptoms and other test results were.
