Thyroid mass: You should consider a biopsy first. One may also consider surgery. A negative biopsy is not 100% accurate. Sometimes small cancers can be missed. The growth of nodules are important also. If rapid growth then remove. Slow growth favors benignity but does not guarantee it. In short take out the large nodules.
