I was stable on 100 mg neurontin since last 1 year for idiopathic rls & mild neuropathy, however now i feel its not working, doctor suggests either dose increase or switch to lyrica 50mg as i requested minimum dosage if possible . please recommend?

Surprising that your homeopathic dose of Neurontin was effective, as typically higher dosing is required. Simplest approach is to increase your current dose and give it a try. Is your reluctance to increase secondary to side effects, which certainly can be burdensome?
