A member asked:

My clitoris, even in rest stay, remains just a little bit exposed from the hood, not much but enough to cause me a lot of psychological discomfort is there any chance that it can decrease in size with hormonal therapy without surgery?

The appearance of genitalia can vary tremendously with no associated clinical significance, but elevated hormone levels can cause enlargement and if you have not already done so this is something you should check. There is no medical hormone therapy that can decrease the size.

Your attention and distress caused by your own body appearance suggests a condition from the body dystrophic spectrum rather than an organic condition. Treatment may be needed only for your psychological discomfort. Talk to your doc about your worries.
