Is your EKG normal with no QTc prolongation? Any family history of fainting or,sudden death? I agree consultation with a cardiologist specializing in electrophysiology&your wearing a long duration outpatient monitoring device are important. I recommend having a treadmill stress test to determine what exercise does for your ventricular irritability. Beta blockers even for symptomatic benign PVC's
