Possibly: Lyme can cause a myocarditis which can cause an problem with the electrical system of your heart. 2/3 of patients with lyme can get myocarditis of some type (if memory serves, I didn not look that statistic up). I would look into electrolyte abnormalities. Other idea would be severe anemia from parvo mediated marrow suppression and subsequent anemia.
