Good afternoon doctors. my microalbuminuria was 22 last august, 2021. yesterday it went up to 27. from what i see, below 30 is normal, but is this increase in only 7 months concerning and worrisome?

That change is common, you should only concern if the number is PERSISTENTLY above 30. A higher protein intake on the previous day or a mild increase in mean arterial pressure at the time of urine collection can cause that change or most of the time it is just the laboratory variation.
