Good day i was on the depo provera injection for about 5 or 6 years, i stopped using the injection last year september. my period started again about 3 weeks ago and has not stopped since. is this normal? should i perhaps see a doctor?

Yes: Sometimes after stopping Depo Provera women have prolonged bleeding. This usually needs to be managed with hormone medication for a short time to stop the bleeding and try to restart the normal menstrual cycle. Please call your medical provider to discuss. Hope this was helpful. Dr R
