Hi, i dont know if its new or i noticed it recently but i have penile torsion of about 50 degrees. right side of my penis is further up. can it be new or is it only possible from birth? how can i fix this and is it common, should i care?

Penile torsion is a congenital problem and the penis is almost always rotated to the left (counter-clockwise). Boys with mild penile torsion who do not have surgery should have no long-term health or reproductive issues. In severe cases with more than a 90 degree rotation, penile torsion should be corrected.

If it was from birth you would have noticed it earlie4r. You need to be seen to be evaluated by a Urologist before anything can be recommended
