Common finding: The fat pad around the groin area of infants will often cause a creeping forward of the skin of the shaft and the glans or head may become buried in the overlap of tissue. As the kid ages, and the fat pad recedes, this resumes a more natural appearance.(by age 4-6) sometimes you can push the skin back and make sure the glans is free to move.
