Urologist: Consult a urologist for evaluation, advice&treatment. Testicular torsion causes acute severe pain and is a medical emergency if it doesn't resolve prompt!y. Your problem may or may not be intermittent testicular torsion. A urologist is best to look into your symptoms.

Australia's government funded sexual health centres collectively are probably the world's best network of STD/HIV prevention clinics. Consider visiting your nearest SHC for highly expert evaluation. I expect they will agree you are at little or no risk for STD, but follow whatever advice they have about testing and follow-up.

My right testicle feels really lower almost below the left testicle. no severe pain or swelling but sometimes it feels weird while walking facing this problem from a week or so any idea could it be testicular torsion?

This sounds normal: one testicle always is lower than the other, in all men. If you develop pain or swelling of either testicle, see a doctor ASAP.

This is a bit embarrassing, but Ive having a dull pain in my left testicle during ejaculation for the past week or so. Nothing hurts or feels/looks abnormal outside of that time frame. Could this be some kind of torsion?

This is unlikely to be torsion which manifests as acute, severe pain that does not resolve until the issue is fixed.
