Had stress test, holtor monitor, and ekg a year ago all, and all came back normal, but had one at er as part of separate issue and said there was a incomplete right bundle branch block, but no significant change. what changed, and should i be worried?

Several possibilities must be considered including error in the way EKG was connected. You need to see a Cardiologist who can look at you and both of the EKGs.

Incomplete right bundle branch block is common at your age and likely it had been present earlier so machine read as no significant change. Even this change is relatively new it does not indicate significant heart issue.
