I would go to Drugs.com and look it up. Also look at their drug interaction check list as there may be meds you should not take with it. It is not mononitrates that are unhealthy but other kinds as I recall.

Do not read 'reports' on the internet as they are full of misinformation and confusing. At 32yrs, with a healthy diet you should not need thiamine. If given in proper dosage and and indication it is safe. Pl always take any med or supplement only under your MD's supervision.
