Dad had angiogram two days ago( through wrist). his hand is slightly swollen. no pain in hand at all. pulse is able to be felt and he said hand feels okay. nurse said just use ice and elevate. could this be compartment syndrome as complication?

If he moves his fingers fine and there is no numbness or discoloration of the hand, compartment syndrome is ruled out.
