Yesterday i noticed that my right wrist veins (where you can check your pulse) my veins where bulged swollen darker blue then usual and very painful. i didn't hit it on anything and never experienced it before but today, the painis worse. what is it?

Vein pain can be related to outside temperatures and muscle strains which should self resolve. Thrombophlebitis, chronic venous insufficiency and varicose veins usually present with symptoms of underlying diseases. If it persists, please see your doctor today as weekend is approaching.
