Do patients get flagged at pharmacys if they get a controlled script ie stimulants a day maybe 2 max early? ie script is out of stock everywhere so patient gets it sent early. pharmacists act super suspicious as if everyones up to no good. lmk! ty?

Yes, scrutiny is at maximum as the state, insurers and pharmacies are involved in tracking such prescriptions and limiting transactions. It becomes a burden for pharmacies, too as the majority of drugs are otherwise cheap and too high risk to keep in the store, not worth the risks and the work of reselling them.
