Mom is 73 and has abdominal pain for 2 weeks,has not been able to have normal stool since then.her dr sent her for u/s but haven't got the results.she doesn't feel like she is being heard.her weight is the same.she gets colonoscopies.scared of cancer?

GI cancer rarely behaves that way so she should not worry much and follow with her doctor for the work-up results. Please put trust in her doctor.
