After taking ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg 1-1 for 5 days my sgpt goes only 97 to 94 why ? is there anything to worry i didn't drink alcohol ever eat healthy no fever,no diabetes etc doctor checked tlds test its normal?

Would suggest trying to connect your mildly elevated sgpt with your possible symptoms through a formal diagnosis and prior to starting meds to treat a condition. 5 days of treatment and a difference of 3 units is not enough to elicit a trend and/or to decide if response/ non-response to current drug. Talk to your treating doc about goals of treatment.
