That is severe enough anemia to cause shortness of breath. It could be from bone marrow invasion or from chemotherapy or other causes of bone marrow suppression if it's not from blood loss. I feel you're going to need red blood cell transfusions to get your hemoglobin up to 10 in order to relieve your dyspnea and weakness. Your team can advise you best,however.
