Pernicious anemia ,: How was your pernicious Anemia diagnosed ? Are you on B12 injections ? are you receiving Folic acid tabs ? If you are not receiving replacement therapy for both , you need to see a blood specialist for eval & treatment . A far as you Hgb dropping twice , there is a source of blood loss , from your GI tract ( stomach or colon ) .you need EGD & colonoscopy to look for blood loss. Take care
