Repeated oral thrush without being on antibiotics. treatments with diflucan (fluconazole) and nystatin oral didn't help. have ms and use flonase. thank you.

Thrush recurrent: Use of oral or nasal steroids can predispose one to develop a yeast infection. Flonase is a steroid nasal spray. Perhaps you can stop using it for a while and observe if the thrush recurs. Steroid inhalers for asthma do the same thing but can be prevented by rinsing the mouth with water after each use.
