Yesterday i had fainted and they said i hit my head nd after that event i kept feeling dizzy and tired my ears were ringing and my my head just felt foggy?

Your symptoms are commonly seen in postconcussional states and proper follow up with your primary care doc or neurologist will be needed in order to have the condition that caused your fainting episodes is addressed and no significant complications following head trauma.

Agree with Dr. P. It is important to get checked by a neurologist. In the mean time refrain from driving or engaging in other activities that may you and/or others at risk. Wish you good health!
