See doctor: You're taking propanolol and sertraline which can interact to enhance drop in blood pressure so you may feel faint. Review meds with prescribing doctor and have your blood pressure checked to make sure the combo is safe. If all points to anxiety, discuss treatment options and consider therapy for coping strategies with anxiety. Hope this helps.

Maybe Anxiety.: If you have discussed this with your PCP and there is no physical reason ( injury, sinus problem, breathing difficulty etc ) then this could be anxiety.
