Left arm pain alone is hardly a symptom of heart problem. Unfortunately, due to limited space you could not give use more info about the pain characteristics. Hypothyroidism, if not fully corrected, can be the cause of low blood pressure and low heart rate may be present as well. Please have the manometer checked by your doctor for the accuracy and check blood pressure in both arms to make sure.

Even though not as often seen as musculoskeletal pain, left arm pain with a cardiac origin remains possible and starting with ruling out your heart as the source makes sense. Not sure if blood pressure and thyroid issues are related otherwise, your doc who knows you best should be able to further coordinate work up.
