Hiv testing help & accuracy?! how many days after completing pep is the soonest for an accurate test? 4th gen at 4 weeks or 6 weeks? what about early nat or rna at 10 or 14 days? in meantime, i have not been sexually active. thank you?

RNA test is not recommended because of false positive result. After PEP, 4th generation test at 6 weeks and 4 months is recommended. Remember your testing objective is to rule out the infection not to confirm the infection after the exposure and taking PEP.
